will do just sorting my phone out (which i use as a camera) as i dropped it yesterday and now it keeps cutting out when i try to do something which uses alot of battery such as taking pictures

Todays workout was alright, squats felt better I feel like i've got the bar in the right places now, although i did split my boxers straight down the back so atleast i know i'm getting deep enough. I kept the weight for the overhead press the same i hope i can progress on this in the next workout, still trying to get better form on the bent over barbell rows.

Saturdays workout was okay, i think i added weight to the bench press to fast as my form was horrible (I mean abomination horrible) and i never got the last rep in the last set up so i might decrease it next week so i can get better form.

workout today was good/bad. Good part being i managed to increase the weight a little on the overhead press, bad part is i had to lower the weight for my last set of squats, but i still feel like i'm progressing good with them (although i have split my second pair of boxers in a week, **** raggedy boxers!). I have also put on 7lbs in two weeks so now weigh 140lbs, is this a good amount of weight for two weeks?

ah, split boxers, nothing better. 7lbs in 2 weeks is OK for now, but that will probably taper off, and it should taper off, it isn't possible to keep gaining at that rate without it being vastly fat, but don't stress for these first few weeks.

Its when you start tearing T shirts open whenever you lean forward just sitting that you need to worry. I did it to a work shirt in work the other day. Oh and be preared to buy a whole new wardrobe within the next 6 months! Im going to upload a funny pic shortly of me in an old shirt that was once baggy.

I've had to buy new everything in the past 8 weeks. only 2-3 old t shirts fit all my going out clothes are too small and i look camp wearing them.
