It did not feel great but it was not too painful either.

My legs were jello after stepups.

Log (clean 1st) 97x5 117x5 147x4 177x2 197x2 217x1 237 x miss 217x5 (pr) http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=JbAPlTrAOks Inc Cg Bench- 165x8 195x8 215x8 Pullups (ng) 50x8 55x8 60x8 Pushups (cg handle) 2 chain x 20,16,16 Alt db curls- 50x8 50x8 50x8 Db shrugs ss face pulls- 80x20/ green x 15 80x20/ green x 15 80x20/ green x 16 *9 out of 10. I wanted 237x3 on the log but my leg drive was absent today. I still can not complain about 217x5 its a pr and almost 25lb more than I weight for 5 reps.

You'll get the 237 soon I'm sure, you made 217x5 look real smooth, it appeared you had another rep or 2 in the tank.

yeah the most I have ever done was 242x1.
The log is weird it is easier to clean but harder to press than a barbell or axle.

I have done better. I would have liked 1 or 2 more reps at 460. I watched the video and my technique sucked I was to rounded and didnt arch enough.
