thanks ordo...hope this 3x5 cycle does you good so your stronger for the next blast!!! It will be about 3-4 more weeks until I will feel comfortable enough to start a blast..at the rate I am going, I should have enough strenght in 3 weeks, then take a week off before the blast..No change in my form at all, as a matter of fact, I am using this rebuilding time to be a stickler on my form. I blame big jumps in weight at this time on the fact that each day I get a little more comfortable with what I can do in the gym.
-1st workout of my second week!!! Up 4 lbs since the start! weight:192 Squats: 135x4,4 185x3 215x5,5,5 BB Sh. Press: Barx8 95x4 110x5,5,5 BB Row: 125X5 135X5,5,5 SUPERSET Pullups:BWx4 Chins:BWx5,2 Rack Chins:7 Very weak numbers, Ill get there! Thought it was time to incorporate some BW movements, my next workout I will throw in some pushups (and maybe) dips |

Nothing significant to report..went in, did what I had to and left
Squats: Barx10x2 135x5 185x3 205x2 225x5,5,5 Bench: Barx8x2 135x5 165x3 195x5,4,4 (Maybe only bump 5lbs next time..ill see how it feels, may even keep it) Deadlift: 135x5 185x3 205x5 265x5 Dips: BWx10x2 -Deads felt GREAT!!! no straps, progressing very easily -Squats are progressing nicely now that I am not sore as a Mofo -Bench has always been a weak point for me |

was out all night at West Point for the Football game, then drove home...my gym is only open part of the afternoon today and I woke up extremely late...treating today as Sunday, and will do my workout Tomorrow morning...just gonna be an extended workout week for me next week...it'll work out!

my squat and dead will increase dramatically compared to my bench in the end!!! lol, im still dealing w/ "newbie" gains...lol...3 weeks till i start DC again!!!
