Yesterday was my first day off in a long time. I have cut back to 4 days a week lifting to take advantage of recovery. Also, I am doing some kind of grip/forearm exercise every workout and abs 3-4x a week.

Good day today everything felt right. Squats are improving largely due to ssq stepups.
