Log press (clean 1st) 127+ chains 8x3 Cg Bench- 135x5 185x5 225x3 265x3 285x4 Db rows- 125x6 145x6 155x7 Pushups (cg handles) mini band x 15, 15, 16 BB curls- 95x10 105x10 115x10 Kneeling lat pd- green x 15,15,16 *8 out of 10. Not bad considering I competed yesterday.

Tell me about it. A lot of guys had trouble with the stone at the end in each weight class. I think the heavies had to do 380 and the Middle was 330-340. This was a Gold level contest which was not meant for beginners but it was so close to home I had to do it. At least I know my deadlift has gotten stronger.

7/27/09 DE Squat
Box Squat- (15 inch) 270+chains 8x2 DL- 300+ chains 8x1 Farmers Walks- 210 (420) x 100ft (turn at 50) 270 (540) x 10ft then ripped callus off hand bloody mess Sled (backwards) 230 x 100ft 320 x 100ft 365 x 100ft 410 x 100ft 460 x 100ft 485 x 100ft Sled forward- 365 4 x 110 ft *bday workout. 8 out of 10. I was hoping to hit a PR on the farmers but it was not to be because of the stupid callus being ripped off. There is a small crater where it used to be. Everything else went good though. I was pretty sore prior to this but it loosened me up a lot.

The callus tear is starting to heal and hurt less today.
