Hiya everyone! I need some help pleeeease. I am seriously contemplating competing again this year in October but that only gives me roughly 18 wks from my start date 25th May. I havent been training overly heavy or hard and cardo has been a bit spurattic of late. Do you think it's do-able or am I kidding myself!!! Comments please???

18 weeks is very doable, if that made sense, many people do 12-8 week pre contest so you could give yourself a few week to get back into it then 16-14 weeks prep

hELLO

I was shocked, and thought it was a problem with ther website when I was not able to view any post since 2009. Now I see what you gentleman are saying. I use to be on under the name of Mz_Lady, I do believe, and the women were up in here deep. I loved talkign to soccer chick and kiwigirl. I don't hear/ see them on any of the websites at all.
