Default BCAA's BRAND.

I've been using the healthyfit BCAA. How does this compare to others? does it matter?

Heres the link to the information on it.

Well I would suggest buying BCAA's in the powder form because you get more bang for your buck. I use Mega BCAA Powder made by prosource. It cost $22.95 and provides 125 servings. Each serving is a teaspoon and provides 2gs of Leucine, 1g of isoleucine, and 1g of valine. So it comes out to $0.18 per serving. I found the BCAA that you take for $18.98 which makes it come out to $0.63 per serving. If you take six tablets a day it only last for 5 days. If you buy the powder form you get double the amount of bcaa's per serving and you can take it twice a day and it will still last you about 62 days. With everything said, I would that it definately matters and it is a complete rip off to pay more money to receive less.

Oh yeah here's the link to the BCAA powder that I mentioned. You might also want to check out some other products that they have.

http://www.prosource.net/product.jsp...|6120&id=36778

also bodybuilding.com has good prices and quality products too. I usually shop from of both sites depending on which has the best price for a specific product that I'm buying.

Those are EAA's not BCAA's. If I remember correctly they're horse pills and you have to take quiet a few of them per serving! As Klosey said though, as long as the BCAA's are a 2:1:1 ratio they're fine.

The cheapest way is straight-up powder. Tastes like earwax, but it's cheap.

I am going to start using it in the mornings when I shovel down 2 scoops of Xtend... Why waste pricey Xtend when I can barely taste anything? lol. I'll use the Xtend for intra-workouts and inter-meal.
