Axle Oh (out of rack) 70x8 100x5 130x3 160x3 190x1 210x1 225x1 (pr I think only cuz I suck on axle out of the rack) 235x0 (not even close) Axle Oh press rep work- 160x5 165x5 170x5 BB rows- 225x6 255x6 285x8 Cg floor press lockout- 135x5 185x5 235x5 285x5 335x5 (pr) Pullups- bw x 16 bw x 14 bw x 12 Diamond pushups alt with db hammer curls- bw x 15/ 50s x 10 chain x 15/ 60s x 10 2 chain x 15/ 60s x 10 * I am way stronger pressing the axle after cleaning it first. I have done 210x5 after a clean. I have push pressed 245 out of the rack with a bb. I know I was not close to 100% today I pulled a muscle in my lower back (left side) a few days ago and it has been annoying at times. Not to mention this was doen 2 days early. I am cutting down for 6 days a week to 5. Hopefully, the extra day of recovery will go a long way.

Box Squats- (13 inch) 260+chains+mini bands above knees SSQ Zerchers- (1 hole) 155x5 205x5 255x5 (pr) Sled forward- 230x150ft 320x150ft 410x150ft 500x60ft Sandbag carry- 200x60ft 200x60ft 200x120ft (pr) BB rollout- 65x10 70x10 75x10 (pr) *Nice day out for a self inflicted a$$ whooping lol. The sled was tough at 500lbs. I tried using boots for this instead of chucks and I think I had a better grip with my feet but as I went on the grip wasn't as good. I am not sure which one I am better with. I added more weight to the sandbag which makes for fun lol. First time doing barbell rollouts in a long time and they are way better than the ab wheel.

I rip the bb off the floor to chest height and then the finish is the hardest part for me. Probably part technique part weak.

I felt weak on it.
