If you guys have any topics that you would like to see written about in JHR, let us know in this thread. Probably going to publish next issue in early January and bi-monthly after that.

Also I am working on one for concurrent training which is one of the major, major, major issues in our sport! Clearly cardio is important for getting shredded but has many negative outcomes to strength and hypertrophy. What are they? WHy do they occur? Can they be countered? These are the major concerns I plan on addressing! Hopefully by next issue!

Occlusion training. This stuff is GREAT, and I'd like to see some formal work on it from you guys. Everytime I do occluded legs my only limiting factor is keeping myself from blacking out.

What about a guide breaking down intense flexing as a substitute for cardio when on a cutting diet?
It would seem that could be as technical as you want it to be... |

I'd like to see more information on a topic I've heard mentioned recently. The effect on diet acidity on bodybuilding in terms of protein synthesis. Lots of people I respect are really pushing more greens in your diet, particularly if you ingest a lot of protein to counteract the acidity of the typical bodybuilder diet. Just curious what you guys think about this.
here's an article describing what I'm referencing: http://www.musculardevelopment.com/c...w/1383/51/1/1/ |
