I was hoping to start a series of threads here similar to something I have seen (and robbed) from other websites. This is not an original idea.
Basically the idea is that someone is nominated and they are "in the well". They have to answer each and every question thrown at them from the other members. The questions can be on anything. As soon as that person is tired of answering questions, they nominate another member to go into the well. Anyone game? I would like to nominate Klosey first and if he accepts I will get the ball rolling with a few questions.

training generally 5 years only got serious 2 year ago but appendix surgey messed my last comp up, most people will say pumping iron, arnie etc, but for me it was my day he lifted for 8 years and gained over 50lb the old school way, raw eggs for breakfasr, weider weight gain, weider protien, york weight gain. when 16 he bought me some weights and then after a few years or messing with it and reading it just feels natural

Ok great. I think it would be a good idea if you used the quote function to answer each question directly.
my questions would be: What personal record (bench, squat, sprint, etc... anything!) are you most proud of? What are your current goals? What are you employed as and how does this affect your training (be it positively or negatively)?

What bodyweight was the 520lb deadlift done at? (the wrestling record is exceptional btw).
How many days (and hours) do you train per week? Do you write your training programs yourself? How far in advance are they planned?

How old are you Klosey?
What countries have you visited and do you have a favorite country or vacation that you experienced?
