Wed 25
Got back this morning at 5am. Went to work. Then took a one hour nap before training. Chest is still a little tender so I did a little different. Decline bench 365 X 8 Incline smith 3+25 a side X8 Incline d flyes 100 X 12 , 120 X8 Pullovers 120 X10 for 2 sets Lateral 75 X15 , 55 x12, 35 x12 down the rack Standing press 225 x12 , 185 x15 Tri pushdowns and overhead ext 12 min of HIIT cardio |

Fri 27 Bodyweight at 258lbs
Pulldowns Deads 635 x 2 , 455x12 Shrugs Cable rows260 x12 D. Curls 75x8+2 Same as last week 12 min HIIT cardio Doing cardio thur, sat mornings for now. 3 more weeks up that to more. |

Thanks Big Guy! It seems that my body was a little worn out after all. Was a little sluggish yesterday after last week and 4 days straight of cardio: th,fri,sat, and sun. Anyways still sucked it up and got my numbers in squat and got an extra rep on the squat.
As and add on that most of the believers here will appreciate. I asked my son (6yrs)what song I should use for the guest posing. He said use a "God Song". His reason was that those who don't know Jesus can hear about him when I perform. My little man of faith! |

My boy is my biggest fan, even though my wife will argue with that. He actually checks on me during prep and tells me "not yet daddy, still got some fat left". Love the honesty!
Was able to do a couple of med. sets of bench yesterday. Nothing crazy. Deads tomorrow. Oh, yea! By the way. Going to the Europa in Orlando next month. Anyone here plans to go let me know. |

Wow, what a last two weeks. Started with a mild flu on wed 11. Worked around it and got something in. Still got head and ear congestion today. Came back Friday the 13 and had a great back workout. Deadlifted 635 for 3 and all else went well...until i went to the park to do my cardio. Was doing my interval sprints and on my 7th of 10 pop went the Hammie! Monday 16 did what I could for legs.
Wed 18 chest went well, not great yet. Today Friday the 20th no deads. Ham is better but not pushing it. Waiting for monday legs. Other then that prep is going great!lol Waist down over and inch and getting tight all over. I will post pics when I feel worthy of exposing myself. haha |
