great workout Gabe...i feel occlusion training for the upper body by occluding the lower musculature, is a lot more practical and perhaps even more beneficial, due to the larger muscle mass.

I completely agree. You will get a greater Gh response naturally for larger muscle groups with compound movements. You simply cannot match that with curls. So this comb is awesome. U the man!!

Thighs hypertrophy
3 sets feet elevated squats 285 3 *10 - took a long time to warm up on this. I actually felt my best on my third set 4 sets lying hamstring curls stretch between sets 4 sets leg extensions stretch between sets 3 sets stiff dumbbell deadls - 100s 3 *10 w/ donkey calve raise machine 3 sets barbell lunges 135 w/ seated calve raises 70 mins Really effective workout

Took a really long nap today, woke up at 10 oclock at night. Gym closes at 11, so had to rush in there.
Chest/tri shock Strip top to bottom on pec dec fly Strip on incline dumbbell press - 100, 85, 70, 50, 35 Strip on assisted dip machine Rest paused as many push-ups as I could to disturbed song "facade" Strip on overhead tricep presses strip seated tricep press-downs 45 minutes. Proud of this workout...took a lot of guts to go in this late and get the job done.

Thanks, man! I agree. Right now I am trying to keep my workouts down to <1 hr for this purpose in part...make sure I am taking full advantage of every minute.
This morning I only had 30 minutest to train so I was moving! Shock back, HIIT Strip unilateral pull-down machine Strip on venom rows w/ single dumbbell deads strip close grip lat pull-downs 10 minutes HIIT on stairmaster Short and brutal!

Had not trained for FOUR DAYS!!!!!!! For me, that is the equivelent to fasting for four days.
Finally felt well enough to get a workout in today. I was still tired and stiff, so I just went 50% intensity, 2 sets per exercise, 10 exercises, 20 sets total. Just wanted to get he blood flowing throughout my body, get back into a routine. I am going to just jump right back into my normal split starting tomorrow.
