136 days to improve
199.5 upon waking
234/282/54

today i felt very good...very strong...but i just can't get over the 520 mark at this bodyweight...YET..it will happen...just more time...i pulled 515 just fine and missed 525...i honestly shouldn't be surprised as this has always been a trend with me...when my bench is going up, my squat/dead stagnates...and when my dead goes up...the other 2 stagnate...right now my squat has been going up...one thing i'm going to do..since i deadlift exclusively sumo...i'm going to try and do conventional for a while to see how that helps me...my hack squats felt very solid...and i think i'm getting stronger in this movement...tomorrow i have to teach contraception/abortion...i hate teaching that...but i think it is necessary...it's not that it's a moral issue with me...it's just excruciatingly boring to me....i'd rather talk exercise...oh well...till next time

Face me as I unleash this hate refined
Face me as I leave all this far behind

Can you elaborate on your elbow injury? I am having an issue with my left elbow as well. I don't really feel it when doing pushing exercises, but I feel it when I do tricep-specific exercises such as skullcrushers or overhead DB extensions.

I've avoided triceps exercises for ~2 weeks now and am just letting them be trained indirectly.

The pain feels like it's right in the triceps tendon:

it's bursitis...basically inflammation of the bursa sacs in my elbows...i also may have slight tendon damage but it appears to be getting better...my right one is ready...left one not so much...i would venture to say you probably have fluid built up in your elbows

Interesting. What kind of rehabilitation did you have to do for the bursitis? Obviously you're still lifting...

I just read that you're supposed to drain it and then a cortisone injection...

i stopped direct arm work for about 4 weeks...iced it 20 minutes every single day and was just careful not to do anything that really hurt it...obviously my left is still lagging a bit...but right now i'm going extremely light, through a full ROM...with differing velocities

Disturbing, to say the least. Heard about it this afternoon... On a lighter note, I've got a goat farm about 20 mi. west of you in Frederick Town. I live in St. Louis, but I'm down here at least three days a week. Where do you go to school? SEMO?
