Man I have had training ADD more than the last few months. More like ever since I started training lol. I don't know what it is I can't just stick to one method for a long enough time. I have gotten stronger but nowhere near where I should be. I think I need to see a psychologist lol. May be I should go on the Dr. Phil show lmao.

thanks for the article I will read it over tommorow. I am also looking for a strongman log too the best price I found was 300 after shipping for an 8 inch diameter but most contests use a 12 inch. Once I get these two items I will be good for awhile.

I liked them on the clean but found the press to be awkward. It will take some time getting used to but I am sure they will help.

Box squat (13 inch) 245 8x2 SPeed DL- 300 8x1 Stones- 200 5x1 RC situp (2 sec pause) 155x10 160x10 160x10 Rockies (standing up) 40 x 11 45 x 10 45 x 10 (pr) BB wrist- 185x12 195x12 205x12 BHB wrist- 155x12 165x12 175x12 *pretty good today. It has been a long time since I actually lifter my stones (they are outside in the cold). I wanted to do doubles with the stone but that wasn't happening on the second reps I got them lapped but then couldn't finish because of grip. 200 is not heavy at all I just got to get better at it.

Once I get back into doing farmers consistantly I will be able to handle more weight. On my 2nd set of farmers the end of the farmers walk got caught on the weight plate on the other one after the turn and it was so crooked and difficult to fix. What a core workout lol.

First time benching in a while it felt ok. My front delt still bothered me a little. I am gonna ice it and stretch it a lot until it gets better.
