Sounds good, if you can do a slow cut while maintaining muscle mass then that's great.

Are you worried about leptin becoming reduced during this extended period of time, therefore slowing your metabolism and making your cut exponentially more difficult, like a snowball effect?

refeeds will help with this...two days a week i have increased calories, mostly from CHO

today was a fantastic upper body day...i really feel a though my elbow is getting better...my left one still hurts pretty bad, but i was able to increase weight a little bit on skullcrushers...the tendon feels like it is getting stronger

test number 2 was occluded cardio...i love limited bloodflow...it's good for the soul

I see your macros are still high protein and carb... are you planning on going low-carb at some point in the 20 weeks? Or are you the kind of guy who can cut while maintaining carbs? Lucky bastahd!

lol...heard it...i would venture to say that occlusion is twice as good for the soul compared to BCAA powder
