I've been writing down my workouts on paper, ill transfer them to here. I got my creatine and xtend today, so im going to start supping with the creating pre and post workout 5gs, and the xtend between meals while im cutting.

watermelon, everyone said it was so good, i couldnt pass it up!
I'm going to use fitday to follow my diet starting tomorrow instead of on paper, i really dont feel like filling out what ive done, so ill just "start" it tomorrow.

Cut has been going well thus far, i need to up my calorie intake i think, but the xtend works great.
today i did lunges and a bunch of other things, too tired to type.

So after 2 weeks of doing push/pull, i think im going to drop back to muscle groups instead. Big update coming as soon as i get into my winter break, super busy few past months.

Went to the gym today:
Lunges 45lbs, 3 sets of 10 total DB press, 1 set of 15 for 30, 35lbs, 1set of 10 of 40, 45, 1 set of 5 of 50 leg curl, 110lbs 3x10 leg extension 70lbs 3x10 Blasted my shoulders, did sets of dips, and finished chest with the free motion machine, good workout, im destroyed!

How is your diet structured? Do you take 2 scoops of XTEND inbetween each meal? How many actual solid food meals have you been eating a day, and how are your energy levels? Sorry to throw so many questions at once, but I am eventually going to do a cut set up the same way with XTEND inbetween meals and I want to see how other people are doing it, and how their results are.

I do take a scoop of xtend between my meals, and i as of today i started taking it to the gym for during the workout. I cant tell what it is, but the xtend or the creatine is giving me a lot more energy and letting me push myself harder during my workouts.
My meals typically consist of oatmeal for breakfast, a sandwhich for my 2nd meal, scrambled eggs or chicken for my 3rd, PWO shake, Eggs or chicken, and cottage cheese. I use xtend between the first 3 meals, just to cut some calories out and to keep my protein up.
