for anyone needing a bit of humility, perspective, or understanding of why guys like me always preach simplicity. I feel the exact same way about my knowledge of fitness.

the best martial arts actor. but you could go the other way bolo yeung still weightlifts for 2 hours a day and is over 70 and still appears as the baddy in movies now!
