i didnt find it too bad but at about 13 years old i went through a stage of liking the taste of vinegar. (dont ask i dont know why)

i actually really like the taste of it. I put it on my salad a dressing and also just put it in water and drink it and find it good.

I've been mixing it in about 1 ounce of water, really helps it go down, plus it sorta tastes good with the water.

I'm going to sound really dumb! Why would you want improved insulin sesitivity. I would think you would want insulin resistance. Or are you guys saying the same thing

basically, the less insulin the better. the body secrets only the amount of insulin it needs. so by increasing insulin sensitivity it takes less insulin to do the same amount of work (in really simple terms). insulin resistance is a bad way of looking at it, itll just confuse you more.
