Incase no one has figured it, rab is the lad i am now training. he is 180 12%bf with goal of cutting to 5% and then doing steady cut and bulks no higher than 12%

Needless to say he no longer works with us but he totally ruined it for the rest of us... punk

good news after last weeks dilema (which seems to of been deleted hmmm lol) the cartlidge is not torn however there is a small fissue in the tendon which will need 3 weeks rest and maybe surgical repair
