Thanks everyone. Just back from 3 weeks in Egypt where I ate way too much so now back to work.
I'm doing the 'killers' which seem to be working well and I've made a decision to drop more fat and try and maintain the weight with muscle increase. Let you know how I get on. |

Welcome back from Egypt--that is a beautiful country. I plan to live there for a little bit, probably in Cairo. (I was enchanted by all the places I went, but Cairo was my favorite.)
I'm glad you're giving killers a shot. Be sure you stretch well after each workout, because that can have an impact on your leg muscles as well. Pointing and flexing your feet in cool-down stretches can help your calves out quite a bit.
