I am a long time athlete, and whenever I start a new workout it works for about a month and then it doesn't do much. I am muscular, but I also have a large amount of fat. I want to shave off the fat without loosing the muscle. Any ideas?

Well, what other factors are there?
Is your diet in order? What does a typical day look like? Do you adjust weights and intensity as you become accustomed to your work outs? |

im just going to make a guess here tell me if im right. i say this because alot of ladies make this mistake....
to you, eating fats are the enemy? saying the word fat is like a swear word probably.... fat free and low fat is probably the only things you feel good about eating. encorporate them in your diet. proper fats in proper amounts. i promise the fat will be harder to gain and easier to shed. as for the training, you just need to vary it every so often..
