Yesterday was less brutal, i did not get a chance to weight train as I was forced to take care of some things but here is what I managed to do.
DATE: Jan 10th 2008 <font color="green">CARDIO</font> - 7:00pm 2.5K RUN TIME: 13.37min DISTANCE: 1.55miles = 2.5km <font color="brown">MUAY THAI</font> - 8:00pm Just under two hours of beating, got a couple of nice bruises for my effort.

Today was a special day. I did some Olympic lifts today after months of not doing any, probably in over a year now.
Here is what I managed to get done today, keep in mind I used light weights to get back into the swing of things. DATE: Jan 11 2008 <font color="orange">OLYMPIC LIFTING</font> - 8:30am POWER CLEANS 5/135 5/135 5/135 5/135 3/135 3/135 3/135 1/135 1/135 1/135 --- 45sec brakes for 5 & 3 reps, 30 sec brakes for singles POWER JERK 5/135 5/135 3/135 3/135 3/135 1/135 1/135 1/135 --- 45sec brakes for 5 & 3 reps, 30 sec brakes for singles SNATCH 3/95 3/95 1/95 1/95 1/95 --- 45sec brakes It was an alright session. The form was a bit off, it got the job done but I am not happy with it. Immediately after the oly lifts I did a bit of bag work by the order of my Kru. Heavy Bag - Punching Only ROUNDS: 3 TIME: 3min BRAKE: 30sec I feel absolutely dead tired after that.
