Well, I've tried to read as many of the articles on this site as I could, and its truly a mind overload for me [img]/forum/images/graemlins/mad.gif[/img]
SO! I'm just going to try to start it off today, recording what I do so mabey i can get a hold on things eventually. Todays Workout Bench-5*185 3*225 7*200 Squat-10*135 5*275 3*315 1*380 5*350 PShrugs-10*225 12*320 ***Was going to stay afterschool and do extra but the girls Soccerteam & softball team were in there so wasnt any room [img]/forum/images/graemlins/frown.gif[/img] Diet was trash today, havent started sorting it out, Starting tommrow though sence I've got more of a grip on it. |
