I had to miss two workouts last week [img]/forum/images/graemlins/frown.gif[/img] But I hit legs really hard last monday, and tomorrow is legs again.
However, depending on how things will go this week, I might have to change up my routine. I might get a job (wohoo!), and in this case it could mean I can't get in my 3 workouts a week. So to avoid missing out on training certain bodyparts, like this week, I might just start doing full-body workouts instead. Better than nothing...

This week has been insane too [img]/forum/images/graemlins/frown.gif[/img] Got some last minute freelance assignments to take care of today, which completely disrupted my plans. Hopefully I'll be able to hit the gym on friday, but tomorrow it's Bujinkan training!
