working sets 45lbs,10 reps 55,8r 65,6r drop to35,6r

side lat 15lbs,15reps 20lb,12r 30lb,8r drop 15lb 10r

bent-over raises 10lbs,15reps 20lb,15r 30lb,8r

cable side raises 10lbs,12reps x2 15lbs 8reps

reverse pec dec 100lbs,12reps 130,10 160drop130drop100drop70
