Currently using German volume training at 50-60% max weight. At 135 pounds at 5-7% body fat least thats what my scale says not sure if its accurate. I will list the supplements i use later on prefering free weights since i cant get to the gym that often but i have alot of things incase i get get there.
Anyways here are the workouts hope you guys enjoy and people please feel free to say your opinions on my workouts, i wont be offended if there is anything that needs to be critiqued please tell thank you. If anyone wants to know my max i would gladly post them up since the weights im using right now are very low 50-60% below my max least its what im supposed to do Day 1 workout Quads/biceps/triceps Squats 10x10 125 pounds deep squats Leg extentions 100 3x13 100 Preacher curl 3x10 65 Alt standing bicep curls 3x13 20 Tricep extentions 3x13 30 Dips weighted 3x13 25

Well i had to take maybe 2 weeks off because some things happend personally so sorry bout that guys. Anyways back to the routine decided to change it to HIT since i no longer have any time for GMV anymore. I'll be posting up now only twice a week since that is how much ill be working out.
