Newbie to this site
stats: 20 years old 5'11 140 my goal is to put on 10 pounds of muscle before the end of the year. (if thats even possible) i was wondering if anybody could tell me where to find a downloadable journal template, or some sort of a document where i can track progress and such? i have already looked over some of the workouts and i am looking forward to getting started. I am serious this time about being consistent and keeping up with routines and eating right (ive tried a couple times in the past, but then just stop after a couple of weeks) any input would be appreciated...wish me luck haha |
