This is where I get to do some endurance/hypertrophy work!

Speed Set Bench Press: <font color="blue">8x3 @ 115lbs </font>, much harder than I thought, hurt my self in the first set because the bar hit my chest hard.

Incline DB Press: <font color="blue">3x12 </font>

Pushups: <font color="blue">30 reps</font>

CGBP:<font color="blue">2x10 @ 95lbs</font>, don't know why my left medial delt hurts whenever I do this exercise, so I used light weights.

Standing Press: <font color="blue">2x10 @ 95lbs </font>

DB Curls: <font color="blue">4x15</font>

Then ended up doing some external rotations and calf work.

Terrible workout today, don't feel like getting into it ^_^

Not sure what went wrong, but I went at a different time than usual and everything was totally off.

CGBP: <font color="blue">3x10 </font>

Side-L Raises: <font color="blue">3x6</font>

Barbell Rows:<font color="blue">3x8 @ 135lbs</font>

Cable Rows: <font color="blue"> 3x12 </font>

Then did some external rotations, calf work and stretches.

Deadlift: <font color="blue">235x3, 275x1 </font>, working on my form so I reset the weights a bit.

GHR: <font color="blue">3 sets</font>

Weighted Chin-ups: <font color="blue">+25x10, +45x7</font>

Then did some heavy ab work and stretches.

Well, it's Ramadan, yesterday went ok.

Today is supposed to be my DE Bench day, but can't go because we're invited to my uncle's place [img]/forum/images/graemlins/frown.gif[/img]

First workout in Ramadan! Started feeling a bit sick yesterday, just finished my workout, I feel terrible.

Powercleans: Worked on form.

Squats: <font color="blue">3x8 @ 225lbs</font> , surprisingly hard, I've totally "lost it" since I hurt my leg.

Side Lunges: <font color="blue">1x5 each @ 35lbs</font>

Good Mornings, straight legs: <font color="blue">3x8</font>

Leg Curl: <font color="blue">2x6</font>

Ugh, I honestly don't have it in me to write out the rest in detail, I did machine rows, cable rows, reverse DB flies and abs.

Today's workout was really tough and longer that I'd like.

Fancying up my journal is a huge pain in the (!@#$%^&amp;*), not doing it anymore!

French Presses: 3x6 @ 55lbs

Front Plate Raises: 12@25, 8@35, 6@45

Weighted Pullups: 3x5 @ BW+15lbs

Machine Arm Curls

Leg Press Calves

Then I ended up with some rotator cuff work (rotations and stretches) then over-all stretching.

Deadlift: 1@315lbs, still working on that form, I could only lift this weight once doing a conventional dead.

Weighted Hyper-extensions: 8@35lbs, 6@45lbs.

Barbell Rows: 10@135, 6@155.

Then did some abs and static holds and stuff.

DE day, but I didn't do any dynamic effort exercises ^_^

Incline DB Press: 3x6 @ 55lbs, 1x8 @ 40lbs

Machine Fly: 2x15

Triceps kickbacks: 4x10 @ 15lbs

DB Press: 3x6 @ 45lbs

Rope lat pull: 3x12

Concentration curls: 3x10 @ 20lbs

Leg press calves: 3x15

Neck was iffy since Monday, so I took that day off, went to the gym yesterday, did a few sets of incline bench press and maxed 225lbs, neck start to cramp up and hurt so I took my sweety (!@#$%^&amp;*) time stretching and went home.
