Late post... grad school has been stressful as hell [img]/forum/images/graemlins/frown.gif[/img] Thinking about switching to 3 days a week. I'll just do abs and cardio after my lifting session... can't afford to go 5 days a week anymore [img]/forum/images/graemlins/mad.gif[/img] Planning on doing the same ab exercises I'm doing now and 20 minutes of cardio. Lifting stays the same. Anyways, Friday's workout... wasn't too great as I didn't get any sleep the night before, hopefully I can make it up on Wednesday. UPPER A1. Incline DB Bench 1 set @ 80s x 4, 1 set @ 75s x 6-8 A2. Barbell Row 2 sets @ 175 x 6-8 B1. Weighted Pull-up 2 sets @ 10 x 6-8 B2. Standing Military Press 2 sets @ 105 x 6-8 C1. Preacher Curl 2 sets @ 90 x 6-8 C2. Rope Pressdown 2 sets @ p18 x 6-8 |
