Default PWO

Hello! I understand the PWO and have been using it since I stumbled upon ABC last year. However, with my new schedule, I've had to restructure my workout schedule and it's such that I do cardio after my weights on most evenings....sometimes I am able to get cardio in first thing in the morning before work. Tonight, I am going to do lower body and want to get my cardio in too....but am wondering if I should do my PWO or not. I understand doing my cardio before weights makes me weaker when lifting, etc.

Basically, I'm at a crossroad and not sure which way to take. Any advice??

Thanks!!

You could lift and then do PWO while doing cardio. I do that sometimes.

Hey Sweetpea! If you take BCAA's, amino's or glutamine, try taking them after lifting weights, then do cardio and then have a shake with dextrose and whey. Otherwise, I would probably just have a PWO shake after you finish the cardio; that would be fine.

I'm a fan of doing cardio on off day's from weight training though...

That's probably not worthwhile, since bloodflow is directed away from your stomach during exercise. The PWO would probably just sit on her stomach until she got done. Probably make her nauseous.
