SQUATS 8 REPS 6 REPS 4 REPS
STILL LEG DEAD LIFT 8 REPS 6 REPS 4 REPS

LEG EXTENSION 8 REPS 6 REPS 4 REPS
HAMSTRING CURLS 8 REPS 6 REPS 4 REPS

SQUATS 8 REPS 6 REPS 4 REPS
STILL LEG DEAD LIFT 8 REPS 6 REPS 4 REPS

ok first sets i used 130kg/150kg/180kg
all went well no real burn in legs but i dont get a burn from squats anyway just walk like im pissed lol

last sets of squats is went 150/180/130
dont know why but last set i had no energy left in legs completly crashed [img]/forum/images/graemlins/frown.gif[/img]

owell still walking funny now and my hams and quads kill even if i sit down [img]/forum/images/graemlins/smile.gif[/img]

lol yep g.i.m you usually are, its a good workout but its abit brutal when you come to repeat squat superset after extensions

Im actually thinking of putting in a century set into my next leg workout, you know just to test out the legs. I really want to make squats a priority, and that will require some hardcore lifting!

have to say not a bad session although had to use 140lb for barbell curls [img]/forum/images/graemlins/frown.gif[/img] not feeling as strong today dunno why could be cause of 14 hour shift yesterday, anyway got a great pump in triceps and beiceps even forearms, but hardly anything in calves [img]/forum/images/graemlins/frown.gif[/img] **** stubborn things

My calves were also stubborn, except for the first time i did calf raises. Funny story though. I did i think 3 sets of 50 reps with no weight. Fast reps though, with little rest. Bad news was i woke up the next day and all the tendons in the back of my knees and hams were strained. lol

lol unlucky there g.i.m no its not first time hitting them or anything just sometimes certain muscle groups seem to say to me dont care what you do to me not today lol
