Default desperad0\'s walk to being HUGGGGGGGGEEEEEEE

So starting up a journal so I can see what works for me and waht doesnt.
I'm like 2-3 days into my bulk, raised my calories around 150-200 and getting a lot more carbohydrates in, all from oatmeal.
Today I went at 9:00AM to the gym and had a shoudler workout, unfortunately I did back yesterday and was planning on doing delts last night but time was an issue.
So i went in and did:
Warmup + Stretch
1. DB Shoulder Press
12 X 45 lbs
10 X 55 lbs
8 X 60 lbs
6 X 65 lbs
8 X 60 lbs
10 X 55 lbs
12 X 45 lbs
-Tried to go as low to stretch my delts as possible but some reps I needed not to go as low so I can finish that last rep
2. Upright Lifts
-bar only, as a warmup. Than did
5X8 65 lbs
Superset BB shrugs 5X8 135 lbs
3.Reverse Flys 3X12
25 lbs each hand
superset 25 lb plate front raise
Than finished off with some light stretching and excercises and than left.
Can't go to the gym tonight cause of church activities, but I plan to hit it tomarrow morning and night.

1X6 185lbs strip set
1X4 155lbs strip set
1X3 135lbs strip set
Did this 3 times

Incline DB
1X12 50lbs superset 25lbs fly
1X10 60lbs "
1X8 60lbs superset 30 lbs fly

Wide grip bar pullover superset with DB flat bench
1X10 65lbs superset 30lbs flat bench, emphasize the stretch
1X8 75lbs "
1X6 75lbs "

Cable crossovers with contraction at peak and stretch
1X12 15lbs each side
1X12 30lbs each side
1X10 40lbs each side
1X8 50 lbs each side
1X8 40lbs each side

16 sets total including warmup but excluding supersets

Stretch and Flex than down a shake.


WOWWW...agghhh went again tonight for another hardcore chest workout

started off with stretching with the barbell
DB PRESS Superset with DB Pullover
1X12 50lbs 1X10 55lbs
1X10 75lbs 1X8 55lbs
1X8 85lbs 1X8 55lbs
1X5 90lbs 1X8 55lbs

Incline DB press superset with DB flys
1X10 55lbs 1X8 30lbs
1X8 65lbs 1X6 30lbs
1X6 65lbs 1X6 30lbs

Cable 1 arm crossover
1X12 30lbs
1X10 35lbs
1X8 40lbs strip set 30, 20

Stretching, flexing

Dips with rest pause
3X10

13 sets total including warmups excluding supersets

half fascia stretching and out of there.

Did Biceps yesterday and a little bit of triceps, didnt have enough time to finish my workout cause I had something to do later

Today I finished off my triceps with a little bit of shoulder work and forearm work


MORNING

3 Sets Skullcrushers with rest pause
1X10 77lbs
1X8 87lbs
1X6 87lbs

4 sets Close grip press down with strip sets
1X10 100lbs
1X8 120lbs-100lbs-80lbs-70lbs

"

3 sets Cable kickbacks SS with OVerhead extensions with 5 second static contraction on kickbacks
1X10 15lbs 1X6 15lbs
1X8 20lbs 1X6 15lbs
1X6 20lbs 1X6 15lbs

A couple sets of Shoulders
1 set of DB shoulder press
2 rear delt flys
2 machine press's

Forearms
4 sets of reverse curls and on 2nd set and so forth SS hammer curls
3 sets behind back cable pulls with strip sets

Than out of there, hardcore workout in my opinion.
