Default First Ever Journal

This is my first ever journal so hopefully I can actually keep it up and reach my goals. A little overview on how I am able to workout:

I use the "weight" room at my place of employment during my lunch hour. Based on my hours and limited income, I don't have the free time nor the funds to be a member at a gym.

Workout is as follows:

Day 1: Chest, Shoulders, & Abs

Chest
Warm-up set on upright bench
Upright fly
Upright bench
Tear down set on upright fly

Shoulders
Warm-up military press
Front lateral raises
Side lateral raises
Military Press
Shrugs
Tear down set on military press

Abs
60 crunches
20 side bends
20 side bends lifting top leg
Leg raises with V (not too sure what to call these)
repeat (x1)

Day 2: Cardio

Usually I just run as all we have is a treadmill - go for 35 minutes

Day 3: Biceps, Back, & Abs

Biceps
Warm-up Standing curls
Seated Curls
Standing curls
Tear down seated curls

Back
Warm-up lat pulldowns
Upright rows
Lat Pulldowns
Tear down Upright rows

Abs (same as before)

Day 4: Cardio

Same as before

Day 5: Legs, Triceps, & Abs

Warmup Leg Press
Lunges
Leg Press
Leg curls
Tear down leg press

Triceps
Warmup dips
Tricep Press
Tricep extension
Tear down Tricep Press

Abs (same as before)

This routine cycles every week so the next week, Chest, Shoulders, and Abs would go to Friday and the other weight training days would bump up a day. Cardio is always Tuesday and Thursday.

I've been doing this for 3 weeks now (one cycle) and I have already noticed some results. I am really trying to watch what I eat but I know I'm not doing it right. I have a Slimfast shake for breakfast and lunch and then a regular meal for supper. I try to have something between breakfast/lunch and lunch/supper but I haven't been lately.

Ok, still haven't add measurements but I have been working out/eating (ok) for 9 weeks and have lost 12 pounds and sinched up my belt a notch. I just ran 5 miles in just over 46 minutes today for the first time and have been going running 4 miles in 9 minute miles. Finally talked the company I work for into purchasing free weights for the exercise room so once those come in, I'm ready to get crazy.
