Hey Ladies,
Has anyone ever had a six pack before? Was it tough to maintain - cause I know it was tough to get there! That is one my goals at the moment so I just wanted some feedback!

i'm not a lady but to help answer your question, it's not extremely hard to get the abs if you train them 2-3 times a week, but the hard part for everyone seems to be the diet. the diet is what affects the abs most. you need to diet down to a low bodyfat percentage before you even see anything on that stomach. so, as long as you are training, diet down and show them off.
