Height: 6-0 Body Fat: Around 13% Goal: Shredded to the max +1 Here's what my split's going to be... Monday: AM – Chest, Shoulder, Triceps, traps / PM – Low Intensity Cardio (Abs in either AM or PM) Tuesday: AM – Legs / PM – Legs Wednesday: AM - Biceps, backs, forearms / PM – HIIT Cardio (Abs in either AM or PM) Thursday: Repeat Monday Friday: Repeat Tuesday Saturday: Repeat Wednesday Sundays: Always off. So I work out each muscle twice a week. I figure for one of the two workouts a week (like biceps on Wednesday), I’ll do a pyramid of 12, 10, 8, 6, 8, 10, 12 reps with a minute of rest in between sets with a total of 5 different exercises. For example…alternating bicep curls, hammer curls, preacher curls, barbell curls, and cable curls. Then for the second workout of the week, I’ll do 3 exercises per muscle with a rep scheme of 6, 8, 8 and a rest time of 3 minutes between sets (to focus on strength). And here's my daily schedule everyday... 8:00 – Oats and Whey 9:00 – 2 scoops Amino Acid Shooter and Green Tea Pills 9:30 – Workout 10:30 - PWO 12:30 – Sirloin Steak, sweet potato 2:30 – Chicken breast, oats (or) whole wheat bread 4:30 – Sirloin Steak, sweet potato 5:00 – 2 scoops Amino Acid Shooter, 2 Green Tea pills 5:30 – 2nd workout 6:30 – Whey, oats, flax 9:30 – Salmon, Steak, turkey, or cottage cheese, GLV’s, flax 11:30 – Cottage cheese (or) Pro-Score 100, GLV’s, flax

It's really hard getting up that early though. I've been on a 12:00pm-5:00am schedule this whole summer, and I'm trying to get back on track. I say as I type here at 2:37am. :P I'm trying to regress a few hours at a time, so I'll be going to bed here in about 10 minutes. I had a huge chest, shoulder, tricep workout today that I'll post later, and cardio (treadmille and basketball) in the PM!

Sweet, awesome bicep day today! At least 28 sets! Did some back strengthening too. I was trying to find a weight I would fail on the 6th rep on the back extension machine, but I kept going higher and higher until I realized I maxed out the machine. [img]/forum/images/graemlins/tongue.gif[/img] So after 8 test sets, I ended up doing 3 sets of maxed out.

Meal 1: 2/4 cup couscous, 2 scoops whey Amino Acid Shooter Meal 2: 2 slices whole wheat bread, 5 oz chicken, honey dijon, lettuce Meal 3: PWO Meal 4: Cup cottage cheese, two slices whole wheat bread, sugar free jelly Meal 5: Cup cottage cheese, broccoli Aw I hate it when I feel like I'm not remembering a meal. Hmmm...that stinks I only got 5 in if that's the case, and I don't even want to count the PWO as a meal, or at least I'm not going to be counting it as one in the future. Dang. At least I got that awesome workout in today. [img]/forum/images/graemlins/grin.gif[/img]
