Default 13 week workout

Hello, I have been doing the 13 week workout for about 6 weeks now. Ive have been 95% doing everything correctly. Trying to follow a good diet with protein as much as I can. However I have not lost any weight. I know I could be gaining muscle but my clothes dont fit any better. Im just not seeing any results at all. I have gained 40 pounds since meeting my boyfriend 3 years ago. Im 5'7 and weigh 175. I feel miserable. Does any one have any suggestion? Thanks alot.

Yeah, maybe you did not calculate something right. Loosing weight is a simple as this--calories in must be less than calories out to lose weight. There are some other important details, but if you are on that, then you should lose weight. Try increasing your protien intake, and running more.

Can you post an example of your diet on a typical day. Also, how long and how often are your cardio sessions. I increased my sessions from 20min to 45min and saw a big difference in fat reduction over the past 6 weeks. If your lifting program is good, it has to be something with the other two facets.

Hello, Thanks for your replies. Sorry I havent been able to get on.

I try to do cardio 2-3 times a week. 4 different excersizes for 15 minutes each. I lift weights mon, wed and fri. (Chest, legs and then arms). I try to have agood diet but sometimes I slip. The only meat I eat is Chicken. I eat yogurt and almonds or oatmeal for breakfast, whatever for lunch and then usually chicken, rice and veg for dinner. Thanks everyone!
