a little background...
last year i was around 200 pounds(16 years old) of mostly muscle and i hurt my shoulder really bad so i wasnt able to lift for awhile. Once i was able to lift again i became lazy as i was in the habbit of not really doing anything anymore i've gotten skinny(17)... i havnt really lost that much strength Do you think it would be best to kind of pick up where i left off adjusting weights as needed? or completing starting over as a newbie im just going to throw stuff together until i can get a solid split/diet answers to my questions would be appriciated a lot thanks |

Welcome bro! Gee, 16 and 200. How tall are you?
Are you aware of muscle memory? Happy Lifting!

Welcome, a 200lb 16 year old. You were one big kid!
I'd say for starters go fresh, new routine. Begin brand new and then as you get settled back into training pick up your old routine. Ofcourse adjusting the poundiges to your current strenght. Best of luck bud.
