Default Supplements that do not need blenders to mix

Hi everyone,
With a full time 9-5 job and an half hour commute in the a.m, it is very inconveniencing to carry around a cup of blended shake. Can anyone recommend a great but REASONABLY PRICED protein supplement that can be mixed with a spoon, i.e no blender?. I saw some reviews for Met-Rx that said this could be mixed with a spoon but that price...
I wanna get ripped, not ripped off!

Thanks for reading...

Welcome to abc. You could try protein bars. However, a shaker is not overly bulky.

All protein powders Ive tried can be mixed with a spoon. I mostly use optimum but other brands I tried mix very easily, I never used a blender.

Wow, those responses were very fast..Thanks Jedi and President Wilson.
I explored the protein bars but the truth is they cost more than I am willing to spend on a protein source for breakfast.

I am looking for something to mix with my cup of oatmeal, which I can comfortably have at my desk.

I am just finishing my "Higher Power" 100 % whey and it mixed very poorly in my blender even at max speeds. So I did not even bother trying a spoon.

Well, time to go bargain hunting for Optimum

Nice week folks!!

I keep a five lb. tub of Champion Nutrition in my office at all times. Whenever I need to have my whey, it's right there. It mixes very easily with a spoon so you don't need to worry about clumping.

Champion and optimum are both easy to mix, as is HDT whey. but like they all said, if you have a shaker bottle, anything should work well.

Shaker bottles are so handy. I have a specific kind that I wasn't able to find them anywhere until one day Wal-Mart had them in stock. I ended up buying 5 of those suckers and use them almost daily.

I normally keep a little tub of whey in my desk at work and an extra shaker bottle as well. These usually work pretty well and I'll usually have the whey on the side with my oatmeal or whatever else I'm eating for breakfast that morning.
