Default New to this site - Read \" Window of Opportunity\"
Hi

I'm new to this site. In an attempt to drop 25lbs I've been getting really serious about my workout/diet. I came across "Window of Opportunity" while searcing for info on PWO meals which lead me here. I was wondering if someone can tell me where I can find dextrose and maltodextrin. I've been searching the net and have found dextrose but not the other.

There seems to be some really great info here about nutrition and training so I know I'll be spending alot of time here. Thanks in advance for any info/help you can give [img]/forum/images/graemlins/laugh.gif[/img]

Welcome, Giselle!

My husband bought something called CarboGain at NutriSport that, if you read the ingredient label, is just maltodextrin. So, you could probably just do it that way if you can't find the generic stuff.
