Default Question about dextrose and meltodextrin

Hi I'm new to this site. At 45 I'm a little older than most of you I'm sure

In my quest to drop 25lbs of fat and gain lean muscle mass I've been getting very serious about my training and diet. I've been specifically interested in PWO calories and was researching when I came across Window of Opportunity. How/where do you purchase dextrose and maltodextrin? I've been drinking a PWO shake that I've made up myself with protein mix, variety of berries, and soy nuts but from what I've read in that article I'm not even close... Any help you give would be greatly appreciated.

I'm really excited to be here. There is so much info here it'll probably take me months to go thru it all!!!

Default Re: Question about dextrose and meltodextrin

Welcome to ABC giselle!!
Well, many of us buy the products online fron Now Foods, through 1fast website:

Dextro:
http://www.1fast400.com/?products_id=510

Malto *also called Carbo Gain*:
http://www.1fast400.com/?products_id=881

Shipping was fast and reliable. Now, I ran out of dextro..and I went to one of the local Supplements Direct stores.

Hope this info helps! Feel free to keep on asking questions as you read the articles. Just remember to do a search first, to see if this issue has been covered before within the last year. *It probably has*

Again, welcome!
