Maybe he added the "Injuries section" and other sections. There are some old books for arnolds that i see listed on ebay frm time to time but i am not interested in 20 years info...

Back to the topic at hand, why aren't any ladies besides me posting? And...I like the book because of the different training tips and how the different muscle parts help in the creation of the "illusion". Also, I love it that there are sections for Weak Spot Training and suggested shocking methods. Amazon PS- Not as great as ABC but still, really helpful for those that haven't gotten to the ABC level yet. lol.
