That's one of my favorite ab exercises. I do it a little differntly. I don't bring my toes all the way on top of the ball, I keep them back and curl into more of a v-shape. I'm not sure if maybe that's easier or not, but I'm going to try it with my toes all the way on top to see if it's harder. Thanks for the tips!!!
