I am new to the site. I have to say it is great. I had a quetion regarding a weight goal.
I am 5'8 and 118-120 lbs. I have all was been thin, but lean & trained for years. I am looking to start gaining mass. I don't want to be to big, so what would be a good weight goal for me at my height. |

I am pretty commited to my nutrition & train pretty hard!
morning: egg white & oatmeal snack: fat free plain yogurt with some fresh fruit lunch: tuna with veggies or chicken snack: 1slice of whole wheat bread w/ natural pesnut butter & a protein shake. (before workout) dinner: fish or chicken w/ veggies and brown rice. my workout: only about 15 minutes of cardio a day-my down fall 1; back-shoulders 2; legs-abs 3; abs 4; off 5; triceps-biceps 6; chest-abs 7; off |

on 15 minutes of cardio a day, tho if you're using it at the same time you lift weights, split up as a warm up and cool down that works fine. If you feel something in your life would be amiss if you didn't have a good cardio session, put one day of a good long duration one on one of your off days.
