Well, I am in need of some help. I have been doing some reading and I am in the process of getting myself ready to lose weight. I just need some help with diet plans. I have had a lot of help with most all of the stuff I have been going through, and we have established that my daily caloric intake is going to be 1615. I just would like to see some diet plans that follow that daily caloric intake... I am not much of a cook, so I have a hard time deciding what is best. The only this is that I need to cut out dairy... With the exception of Cottage Cheese. If anyone can help me and maybe post some diet plans that I can get started with so I can start to figure out what is best for me I would really appreciate it! Thanks!!! How was it determined that your caloric intake would be 1615?

Well, we track every thing I ate for a week. Took the average of that and then multiplied that by 85%

Height, weight, physical activity, and age are all factors in creating a "diet" plan.
Just to help you get an idea, here is list of ideal veggies for fitness people ( men and women): eggplant squash romaine lettuce spinach asparagus avocado broccoli brussels sprouts cabbage cauliflower cucumbers celery peppers (any color) mushrooms string beans zucchini protein sources: lean beef chicken breast turkey breast fresh fish canned tuna canned salmon eggs **bananas are not ideal on a cut. Carbs: Sweet Potatoes Yams Long Grain Brown Rice Basmati Brown Rice Old Fashioned Oats This isn't a complete list. This site does have a shopping list, just do a search.

It was in a book the guy who was helping me uses. The 85%. I am not sure where it comes from though. But I am going from close to a 1900 calorie diet to about 1615.

Try dropping it by 150-250 first. Then drop more each week. You'll see more long term fat loss doing that rather than dropping it all at once.
