I am not interested in becoming a hardcore bodybuilder, but I would like to drop my body fat percent down. The last two test I did had me at 16.9% and 17.9%. I am looking to get down to 12-14 percent. I was wondering if anyone had pictures (or links to pictures) in that range so I could get an idea if that is where I want to be. Thanks for your help!
