40% of my caloric intake..depending on macros and training, sometimes 50%..highest has been 60%. Do a search on protein intake. This subject has been covered several times.
Many of us use as guideline a minimum of 1 to 1.5 grams per pound of body weight a day from sources such as chicken, fish, turkey, steak, skim milk, egg whites and protein powders. Some people go up to 2 grams per pound of body weight. Just my two cents! Amazon

Protein makes up 40% of my diet too. I cycle my calories, so it ranges from 155-205 grams/day.
