I say, be yourself and embrace the power of being a complete woman. Embrace the idea that strenght and beauty go together as it is in our nature to be able to do these things..lift, sweat, pout.., be girly at times..and be tough at times. Embrace the dignity of being human.

as for comparing the holly act of giving birth with training... no comment...

Training can also be a way of prayer and glorifying of God.
