thanks i have developed my own plan of attack it seems that i have no limit at this time, now i hope this equates to growth! not just strenth

4rth work out.
squats were very hard at 290, legs felt like cement my scating has improved due to skils and overall strenth.
chin up BW + 60lbs this was killer my back is very sore.
Bench went to 235
Shoulders raises to 30 lbs !@#$%^&* added'
upwrite row. bent over row, seated reverses laterals.
Arms lower bicept and brach tricept work. then died.
very sore today, weight. 180.5 N/C bicept measurement 16.2/8 at my largest if i gain it will be a life time best to exceed 2/8. back is very good the terus major is out like a bicept at the upper position. upper and mid traps are starting to appear.
back is progressing better due to the failure factor. i work out alone and can't fail on sqauts and chest. but because i go into the lactic zone i do get some benifit. Action: i have to set up the securiy racks and go till failure or till upward movement has stopped and the static has begun. anything short ,slows the process and minumal progress will be noticed ,compared to the positive failure to static set, Result: the body reaction seems apparent almost immediatlly and results in bigger measurements in about 2 days.
