That new split looks pretty good to me... but why not throw abs in with legs or something so you have an extra day off?

i don't really have time to add abs to anything. if i have extra time on leg day i'll probably do a few more sets of calf raises.

Back today, hey look school already started. i stayed home to write my essay so i decided to treat myself with a nice long back workout(by my standards).

Kinda-wide grip chins
x7 new pr
x6
x5

Deadlifts
145x8
155x6
165x6(grip started giving out)

DB Pullovers (first time ever)
25x10
25x10
25x12
that was a little light, but i was working on form and slow negatives

Bent over BB row
105x6
105x6 + 2 forced reps
105x6

BB Static gripping
105x 33 seconds
105x 30 seconds

awesome workout, deadlifts got a hell of a lot easier when i looked up when lifting. didn't really feel anything in pullovers but maybe next week when i add more weight
