BACK/BICEPS 8/1
one arm dumbells rows 3 sets barbell curls 3 sets widegrip pulldowns 3 sets ez-bar curls 2 sets seated cable rows 3 sets preacher curls 3 sets t-bar rows 2 sets decent workout, nothing great, intensity wasn't there but my biceps are shocked |

SHOULDERS/TRAPS 8/2/2004
dumbell shoulder press 45x8 50x7 55x4 i want to be able to do 55x10 ...a small goal of mine dumbell shrugs 80x10 90x10 100x10 grip was slipping, heavy heavy seated military press 85x8 95x10 not sure if i did another set or not.. military press 3 sets upright rows 65x10 75x10 85x8 latteral raises 20x10 25x10 30x6 heaavy ab work at the end like usual |

hey, haven't been updating things lately. i've had 2 or 3 workouts since last update, yesterday being a full body workout. I'm looking better from when I last took pics, so that is good news indeed. Still need to fix my diet though. Hopefully I will get a workout in within the next couple days, but I may be busy.

hello, it has been over a month, just started back at school yesterday, 5 classes each on tuesdays and thursdays, commuting 35 minutes to umass dartmouth everyday
anyways, im back to my unorthodox lifting routine...and i like it better for some reason ive been trying to lose weight so my goal of 205 is becoming a VERY long term goal because right now im back at 180..im doing a good job with a diet and i usually suck at dieting, but im proud that ive mad it this far...i can see my abs again and i love it also my face has less fat so i look a lot better in that respect too, and that is important with all these new incoming freshmen girls at school today i did a full body workout and it was awesome, burnt tons of calories and really worked all my muscles im going to slowly try to improve my diet and include more protein intake because it has been consistently below 100 grams a day for awhile good workout. |

hey, just checking in.
my weight is pretty low right now, about 175...205 seems so far away my diet sucks and my gym membership has expired i've been doing a lot of running and pushups, and its been helping me a lot, but i still need to start hitting the weights again financially i don't know if i am ready to start lifting because gym membership + diet (protein powder ect) costs some serious money and i have bills to pay but we'll see. for now, i'm just checking in and trying to decide what my goals are |
